Family First Counseling is a private practice that offers counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Our services mostly address depression, anxiety, self-esteem building, and relationship dynamics.
At Family First Counseling we know the first step (asking for help) is the hardest. We will do our best to make starting therapy a smooth transition for you. Our counseling services are provided in a comfortable and safe environment, allowing clients to explore their inner thoughts and feelings with professional counselors. Our counselors will provide a listening ear while encouraging and empowering you to make the desired changes in your life.
Child counseling is provided in a play therapy room to better address your children's needs at their developmental level. At Family First Counseling we know your schedule is busy so we offer flexible hours including evenings. We also have 2 convenient locations with offices in Dallas and Plano.
If you or your child/teen need support with any of the following, please take the first step and call us.
